To find out your NHS number, you can either download the NHS app via the following link – https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/ You can alternatively submit a Systmconnect via the following link, and request your NHS number and we will respond to your Systmconnect, via your preferred method of communication within 2 working days.

How to Access Test Results

If you wish to receive results for tests that were completed at the surgery, you can complete an online form by click the below button. Then select the option for ‘Test result’. Please allow 2 working days for a response. Please allow time for your results to come back to us.
