Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) weight loss treatment

Patients can be considered for Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) weight loss treatment IF they meet the criteria below.

Only the following patients can be considered for treatment:

Have a BMI of 40 or more and have at least four of the following health conditions:

  • High blood pressure treated with medication.
  • Raised cholesterol treated with medication or raised levels off medication.
  • Obstructive sleep apnoea treated with CPAP.
  • Cardiovascular disease- (example angina, heart attack, stroke, narrowed arteries in the legs, heart failure).
  • Type 2 diabetes mellitus.

NB: WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER MOUNJARO AS A WEIGHT LOSS AID IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE
