I have overall managerial responsibility for the running of the practice, with specific responsibility for all financial and business matters as well as identifying new services, development and quality monitoring.

I work on the operational management of the practice and staff.

I supervise the admin staff and general daily running of the admin office. Also deals with staff recruitment and appraisals and am the first point of contact for patient complaints.

My name is Dr Sarah Graham, I have been a GP at TMG since 2020. This focuses mainly on the non-clinical elements – how patients are welcomed, how well we deal with queries and complaints, and general patient communication.
