Introduction

I am a team leader, and oversee the admin staff. My role is about making sure we are giving patients the best possible experience when they need medical or administrative help from the practice. This focuses mainly on the non-clinical elements – how patients are welcomed, how well we deal with queries and complaints, and general patient communication.
