Role: Digital Care Co-ordinator
Main Duties of my role are:
Point of contact for all IT issues & procurement of equipment.
Training of staff in use of Systm1 and other IT training as needed.
Management of Enhanced Service claims.
Smartcard management.
Managment of the LTC Call & Recall system.
Manage, develop, and upkeep the PCN and TMG Website
I work with Clinicians & Management in providing Audits & Reports in house and for the PCN.
