New patients are always welcome at Thornfield Medical Group.

Registration
New patients can now register with Thornfield Medical Group using the new NHS Register with a GP Surgery service.
The application takes around 15 minutes, or less if you have an existing NHS login (used for the NHS App) or your NHS number.
You can use this service to register yourself, a child or another dependent.

Proxy Access
If a family member is also registred with us, you request proxy access to manage their health.
Accountable GP
Every patients who registers with us is allocted a named accountable GP.
They are resp0nsbile for coordianting your care, but you are still able to see any other clinician at Thornfield Medical Group.
