Missed appointments

In November we had a total of 390 appointments wasted by those who did not attend, this totals to 5,850 minutes of clinical time. If you’re unable to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.

This surgery is for booked appointments and we can not accept walk in patients.  We are not equipped or staffed for emergencies. The walk in centre is upstairs at the Molineux Street Surgery for more minor issues or call 999.
