We have made some changes to the way we provide care for our homeless , Cedar House or Byker Bridge patients.
Thornfield Medical Group has developed a specialist role to provide a more dedicated service for the health needs you may have.
A duty doctor is based at Thornfield Medical Group and works in partnership with Paul to review patients by telephone and/or video call if necessary.
We also have a Social Prescribing Team that can compliment the teams already in place at Cedar House and Byker Bridge.

The dedicated staff member who is delivering the service is called Paul.
Paul can assess, examine, and treat patients.
