Contact your GP about a health problem with the NHS App

You may be able to use the NHS App to contact your GP surgeon about documents like fit notes or an update on a test result.

• Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
• From the homepage, tap on Services at the bottom of the screen
• Tap on Contact your GP about a health problem
• You’ll see a screen letting you know who provides this service for your practice
• Tap Continue to enter your symptoms and send your request
