Chaperone Statement
All patients have a right to request a chaperone during an appointment with a clinical staff member. Please ask the clinician you are seeing or a care-coordinator to arrange this.
Thornfield Medical Group only allows their clinical staff to act as chaperones. Where suitable clinical staff members are not available the examination should be deferred.
