Before attaching any images please read and ensure you understand the following:
- Do not send an intimate image unless this has been agreed with a Healthcare Professional. You should not share an intimate image if you do not feel comfortable or feel under pressure.
- By uploading an image, you consent to providing the image to the Healthcare Organisation. This may be viewed by Health or Care Professionals involved in your direct care, which may include administrative staff. All staff able to view images are bound by the same duty of confidentiality.
- Any uploaded image will be used for direct care purposes only.
- Information will be processed and stored securely in the United Kingdom in accordance with data protection law. Any data, including images, that you share and is filed to your patient record will be retained until it is no longer necessary for the provision of care in line with the latest Records Management Code of Practice produced by NHS England as implemented by your healthcare provider.
