My name is Dr Natalie Crowe and I have been a GP at TMG since 2007. I am a Partner at the practice and work closely with the Management team. Since 2019 I have also been the Clinical Director for the East Newcastle PCN so I now divide my time between the two roles. I am GP trainer, helping train Drs who want to specialise in General Practice.

My name is Dr. Roanna Gray, I have been a qualified GP since 1998 with Shieldfield HC then TMG since 2003 as a partner. I have a special interest in women’s health, contraception and HRT but welcome all physical and mental health problems, I also fit and remove contraceptive implants. I have a keen interest in neurodiversity, learning disabilities, ADHD and autism. I am an experienced GP Trainer since 2001.
