Admin Manager: First point of contact for complaints, supervises the admin staff and general daily running of the admin office. Also deals with staff recruitment and appraisals.
Engagement Champion: To develop staff, communities and patient engagement. Helen provides a voice for patients and engages with patients to shape the care that Thornfield Medical Group delivers, co-developing services and solutions.

The work flow team deal with coding correspondence from hospitals and other agencies and arrange any action or follow up required.
These team members provide administrative assistance to the practice.They are also responsible for ensuring patients are directed to use the services of the most appropriate healthcare professional.
